¡Increíbles amaneceres desde el balcón del tercer piso!
Condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el tercer piso frente al mar en Surfside. ¡Solo rehecho y listo para que hagas tus recuerdos! ¡Master tiene todos los muebles nuevos y un baño recientemente remodelado con una ducha de piso de guijarros y un nuevo televisor de 50 pulgadas! Nuevos muebles y ropa de cama en el segundo dormitorio que ahora cuenta con 2 camas queen, ventilador de techo nuevo y una nueva televisión de 50 pulgadas. ¡Las lámparas de cabecera en todas las habitaciones tienen puertos de carga USB incorporados para cargar esos componentes electrónicos importantes! La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las herramientas necesarias para preparar cualquier comida que tenga en mente. Las ventanas frente al mar se tiñeron para reducir el resplandor y reflejar el calor, lo que hace que su estadía sea más cómoda y el condominio más eficiente. Hay un trastero en la planta baja para todas las cosas de la playa y hay 3 espacios de estacionamiento encubiertos asignados para el condominio, ¡ese tipo de estacionamiento es difícil de encontrar!

Excellent Beach Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location, covered parking space, beautiful view, clean & the best part is the beach chairs that are provided for use. Saves room for us in packing. We hope to return next year! Owner has great communication & concern for guests.

Ocean front condo with lovely decor and clean comfort.

Stayed with a couple of our young adult kids to attend family wedding. Enjoyed morning coffee or cocktail hours on the balcony while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Clean comforts like extra blankets, cotton bed linens in primary suite, plenty of kitchen tools, and spacious family room. Wonderful experience!

The Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we needed. Charming yet spacious, full of everything we needed, and right on the water! We didn't even leave the property. We just camped out for three days of luxurious beach living. It was that lovely. After the first night, I was already calling my husband to say we need to bring the kids for a family vacation.

So Comfortable

Heaven on earth

By far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have needed was readily available. The location was perfect for us. Loved sitting on the balcony reading a book and listening to the ocean. The beds were extra comfy. A well stocked beach storage closet was the icing on the cake. Kevin was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you! We loved our time in Surfside!

Great Time On The Ocean

What a wonderful stay. Weather was nearly perfect, ocean and beach was great and there is much to do in the area. The property was quite comfortable and sweetcorn our needs nicely.

We cannot say enough good things about this property!!! If VRBO had 10 stars this condo would get 10 stars in all categories. We have stayed in a lot of properties in the SC coastal area and this one is leaps and bounds above all the others. The home was immaculately clean, something that is hard to find these days. All the linens were fresh, towels were fluffy and in great shape, and all the beds were so comfortable. We greatly appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the basic necessities that were provided (dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.). It was so nice to have a property where we just had to bring our clothes, toiletries, and food and didn’t have to outfit an entire home for the week. The storage closet downstairs with all the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, bags set, grill, etc.) was an added bonus. We loved not having to haul all our beach equipment halfway across the country! Communication with the host was great. No issues with checking-in or out and all the info was provided in a timely manner. We have been searching (for years) for a “go-to” property for our winter trips to SC to visit family and this property is it! It truly felt like home away from home and we will be back!
