Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is danger of damage to the pool heater due to temperatures not in the appropriate range the heater will be turned off. HOT TUB The hot tub is in operation all year round. Located ¾ mile south of the Surfside Pier, wonderful restaurants and bars, and 2 miles north of Garden City Pier with a large arcade and fishing available. The home is just a short drive from Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach. Outdoors: A complete backyard entertainment area: Heated 12 x 24 ft. in-ground pool, a 6-person hot tub, a large 14 x 28 patio area with fire pit, a Wilmington gas grill, and plenty of seating for everyone. Parking under the garage & driveway accommodates 4 to 5 cars, depending on size. Indoors: This is a very clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully furnished home. We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. Thanks Kaye for sharing your house with us. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the large living space, extremely clean hot tub and pool, and grill and fire pit area. All conveniently located to public beach access.
