Clean and inviting room. Surprisingly comfortable bed especially for a side sleeper. I really enjoyed the layout of desk and additional table and chairs which made hangouts after a dinner in a small town not only manageable but enjoyable.
Continental breakfast was fantastic and had make your own WAFFLES! Multiple bread options, cereal and juices.
I also left an article of clothing and they got back to me immediately. A+ we would absolutely stay again for local family visits.

Only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. After driving 7 hours into a 21 hour trip, was looking for a comfortable bed to stretch iut for the night. Unfortunately, this was not it!!

I complained a few hours after we arrived myself and two children, I pulled the bed down for a we can lay down and we found bedbugs. I seen them in both beds so I called front desk. He came to check and he said they were dust balls. I took pictures and I showed them that they were bugs so he offered to give me the room next to it. I said that was fine thank you very much when I got in there there was bugs in that bed as well so since it was late and I was there with my kids, we were there it was late night, so I told him just give me some clean blankets. I’ll put it on top and I will deal within the morning because I had to be up early.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The daily housekeeping was especially welcome. I've stayed in many hotels in the Bay Area that only had maid service every few days, and even getting fresh towels can be a hassle. At Baymont, the room was always spotless by lunchtime.
Staff is friendly and helpful, and the heaters work great... which is a big deal on sub-freezing nights. This is now my first choice when staying in Susanville for work.

Pet-friendly was important! Laminate floors are easy to clean - great for pets. There's no great potty area - you have to navigate broken glass in strips of dirt and grass along the street behind the hotel - but it worked for us.
The room was updated and clean, staff was great and ohlther guests were friendly and courteous!

The Man who checked me in was Stellar! Very Welcoming! I was Absolutely Extremely Pleased when I opened my Room! It was So Nice in every way! It Looked, Felt and was the nicest room I’ve stayed in a long time!! For the Price I was so Comfortable in it! Thank you! Baymont!!

This is probably an older motel, but very recently remodeled. The laminate floors that don't retain dirt like carpet are nice in an area that gets snow often and i really appreciated that the heat was turned on beforeI i arrived so the room was warm.
