We reserved a non-smoking room, but the room was smoking one (or smelled as bad as a smoking one) and we saw 2 cockroaches in the bedroom. We said to the staff that we would not spend the night in that room due to the above mentioned problems, but they had no empathy at all. After insisting on our request, they gave us another room (even though they said minutes before that there was no other room available) that smelled as bad as the first one, but without cockroaches, at least. We only decided to stay because they would not refund us, but deeply regret it. We had headaches because of the smoke and the bed was so hard and comfortable that our body hurt the next day. Had I known, I would have stayed anywhere else, but at this hotel.

생각보다 너무 좁아 깜짝놀람. 연휴에 빈방이 없어서 예약하긴했는데 가성비 폭망임. 갤럭시 가까운거 빼고나면 추천하기 그렇네요

여관급으로 방이 매무 협소하다. 예치금은 HKD300$이다. 시내뷰룸의 경우 바로 차량통행로(일방로)옆이기때문에 심야까지 차량통행의 소음이 너무 심해 숙면에 방해를 준다. 습한기후와 방수미흡으로 룸에 곰팡이가 여기저기 있었다. 스리퍼 ,비누 , 샴프(샤워실), 1회용면도기, 녹차, 타올, TV, 전화기, 휴지, 커피포트,옷장 과 옷걸이 몇개외에는 냉장고도 없다.

This hotel is pretty much what you pay for. It looked exactly like the photos except the toilet window is no longer see through and it is very aged. There also appears to be some mold on the walls. The bathroom was nice and fairly clean. The shower was very good. The bed sheets were also nice and clean. My one big complaint is the bed. It was so hard I had to investigate if it was actually a mattress. I did not know such a hard bed existed. If you don’t like sleeping on a very hard mattress and sleep is important to you, do not book this hotel. If you are ok with a hard bed then for a cheap hotel it does the job.

Location of the hotel is perfect, however we feel lil bit upset due the AC cannot working properly, the bed was to hard, and the staff doesn’t refill the soap. But overall the hotel was very nice especially its located in the heart of Old Taipa Tavern, easily to get food drink etc. thank you will definitely coming back!

Some nice resturants are located close by the hotel. The room was clean, but the double bed was smaller than expected. Also, the mattress was hard. IMO, the hotel was over priced.

Noisy problem still existing(隔音不好，噪音老問題依舊存在)

再次入住，隔音不好的老問題依舊存在，且又多了個電梯噪音elevator making noise(1-2年前沒有)，電梯每次升降時會產生，類似"共-龍-共"噪音，夜深時聽得更清楚，整晚都聽得到(因為24小時都有人進出)。隔天問櫃台的結論。這是老問題，電梯公司有來看過，回覆是"無法改善"。建議飯店，應該於深夜時至凌晨間(也許是:24;00-06:30)關閉使用電梯，讓房客可以睡個好覺。旅店位置交通方便，走路10分鐘到威尼斯人，乾淨，親切，官也街就在旁邊，如果沒有這些惱人噪音會更好。

마카오 공항에서 내려서 택시타고 갔는데 찾기 힘든 위치에 있어서 도착하는데 조금 힘들었네요 .. 하지만 직원분의 서비스와 주변의 분위기가 좋았습니다~

잠시 머물기에 나쁘지 않습니다.

짐이 없다면 갤럭시나 베네시안 셔틀을 타고 15분정도 걸어가면 되는 곳에 위치합니다................. 지도가 있어야 합니다.................... 새벽에 체크아웃을 했는데 리셉션이 굉장히 친절하였습니다.....................500달러정도 디파짓이 있습니다. 택시가 다니는 곳이 아닐거 같아 걱정했는데 다행히 택시를 불러줬습니다.................... 잠시 머문곳이기 때문에 다른 컨디션은 확실하지 않지만 싼가격에 비하면 위치는 굉장히 좋고 위생상태도 좋습니다. 단지, 둘이 사용하기엔 굉장히 좁습니다. 샤워시설과 화장실사용에는 문제가 없었으며 침대가 딱딱하지만 못잘 정도는 아닙니다. 좁다는 것 말고는 다른 면에있어서는 좋습니다. 숙소바로앞에 작은 상가들이 있고 유명 거리라고 들었습니다. 간단한 쿠키와 육포등을 살 수 있습니다. 와이파이 잘됩니다.

酒店斜對面就是官也街非常熱鬧，房間空間算普通但內部是老舊的且壁紙骯髒甚至脫落讓人看了會害怕，浴室未使用前地板超級多毛髮，床非常的硬不好睡，房門關上聲音非常大，加上隔音不好所以能夠清楚聽見任何一間房間正在關門，入住當晚快12點有新的客人入住至少2間以上的人數，不斷的開關房門還在走道上聊天，房內聽的一清二楚，非常的吵！

Disappointment

Pillowcase was stained with obvious smell and dirt on it. Mattress too hard and uncomfortable. Needs improvement in soundproof measurements. Unable to sleep due to noise coming from neighboring rooms and corridors.

Convenient location with small room
