“Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück gut. Leider war das Zimmer teilweise defekt (zb Badewanne, Waschbecken) und der Pool war leider an dem Tag nicht nutzbar. Dieser gehört zu einem öffentlichen Schwimmbad nebenan, dort war an dem Abend eine Veranstaltung.”

“Don’t be fooled! The hotel is behind what looks like a derelict industrial building so far from prepossessing. BUT it is a really good hotel when you get round to it - good parking, clean, helpful staff etc etc”

“Fairly close to Fidenza Shopping Outlet and Parma. Old converted monastery...food had a modern take rather than classic Italian fare which is a personal choice. Parking easy. Beware some of the rooms are not easily accessible so may need to ask for accessible rooms. Good stopover”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……
