"The staff is so helpful and accommodating. The cabins are walking distance to town and the cabins are nicely updated and super clean. Parking is super easy and right out front. The kitchen area is really helpful and it is nice to have real coffee mugs instead of paper cups! We already booked again for next summer. "

"Our 2nd time staying here and it was great both times. We had room #5 both times. The bed in this room is so comfortable!! The water pressure in the shower is quite enjoyable. Warm and cozy room! "

"I hardly write review. But I am honestly very pleased with our stay at this humble family owned establishment. A little hiccup during check in as our reservation didnt show up, but it was settled quickly with a phone call. Chris (the owner) was friendly and quick to get his wonderful son to get us checked in (in the freezing November weather!). Room is in wonderful condition. I have to highlight the nice, clean and warm bathroom. Ive not stayed at that many lodge and inn that has such a well maintained and clean bathroom. Kids love this lodge with plenty of room for them to move around. A pity we had to depart early the next morning, would have love to try out their breakfast. Overall, a great stay in Talkeetna. "
