Full kitchen with all the essential cookware. Close to everything Brandon has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Walking distance to Brandon Hospital.

Clean and quiet
My only disappointment was that I thought the screen porch had a view of the lake. We were on the road side. We also needed help to get in, thank goodness a property manager was still there and came over to help us. We did enjoy the apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed.

This is an older property. it is in a complex so although there is no smoking in this property, others in the complex can be incurred in this unit. The Unit was very clean and the Washer Dryer were very nice and convenient. The Exercise room that we based part of the reason we chose this property was old and the 2 treadmills were either broke or tread slipped so much that it was dangerous to use. The Pickleball/Tennis court was our a good benefit. Location for this property is really conveniently located. Dont stay without going to Moreno's Bakery.
