“We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon……

“We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!”

“The highlight of this property is its location. The very swimmable beach is within view and just a few hundred steps away. You can not have closer accommodation. If the ocean is not your thing there are three pools in the courtyard just outside the door of L1.Inside the unit everything you require for day to day living is there. Everything works. The washer and dryer was a nice touch.The unit is a little older but the beds and couches are still comfortable. Most importantly Ron was quick to……

“We really enjoyed our stay, if you use the pool you will get to see iguanas, hummingbirds and even some macaws flying. It is a quite place so it is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only feedback is that it would be great to add a grater to the kitchen and that you will need to be careful with the house electric wiring system. We couldn't use the hairdryer supplied because it seems that we were going to lose the power. As a note, the listing states that there is a washing machine……

“Overall good property, however Appliances were definitely on the lower quality end of the spectrum. Water took forever to boil on the stove. Water pressure was terrible in the master shower. Location was good and security on the property was very reareassuring.”
