“Check in was good. Host communicated well. Some ceiling lights were burnt out or flickered. Could not control the temperature in the kitchen, living room, dining area. Shut the a/c off with the remote and it still put out cold air. Beautiful facilities. Awesome view.”

“The unit had more than we had time to use. This rental will have what you need regardless of the type of vacation you are trying to achieve. Sleeping and bathrooms were excellent. Kitchen was well appointed with a great selection of implements. Fridge even had a few things in case we showed up with nothing late at night.The water filter was super. Other than the tv when it was later and dark we spent most of the time outdoors. Super access to the beach, pool often. When there was too much sun……

“Our family really enjoyed our time at this condo! Every room has its own bathroom and they are all equipped with individual HVAC units. I loved the access to the pool that we had directly from the patio. And the view is breathtaking of the ocean. It's convenient to shops and restaurants but if you want to stay in the kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. This was a spring break our family will remember. ”

“This place was great! Very spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Playa Blanca is only a few minutes walk and was the perfect place to spend the last few days of our incredible holiday. We saw scarlet macaws from the balcony every day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. Edwin patiently awaited our arrival and escorted us to the condo, and was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!”

“Our stay in early November 2025 was outstanding! The entry instructions were faultless, and we entered to an impeccably clean and pleasantly welcoming condo. There was a great supply of towels and bedding (we made use of the pull-out sofa - our adult daughter said it was VERY comfortable!) and beach towels. And the large walk-in closet meant there was lots of room for our daughter to unpack, it did not feel at all cluttered with three adults staying there :)We used the kitchen and it was……
