“Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x”

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay, we were made very welcome and the room (Granville) was absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample tea coffee chocolate supplies in the room. “The Sawmill was recommended to us by a friend who stayed last year. We arrived to a warm welcome, by the manager, Ryan. The room was warm and inviting, and had everything we needed, (Water, tea, coffee etc, and hairdryer. As we had driven from Poole, we wanted to eat in. The fire is brilliant, the staff friendly, and the food worthy of 5 stars. There was real ale, and lovely melot wine. BReakfast was huge, and filling, all cooked fresh. We would recommend it to anyone.”
