The property includes two full bathrooms and a dedicated laundry room for your convenience. With a fully fenced garden and backyard, it is a safe haven for children, while the proximity to the beach, downtown Mount Maunganui, and Pilot Bay ensures you are never far from the action. We provide ample parking for cars and boats. Please note the sleeping arrangements consist of one king bed, one double bed, and two single beds, along with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to six adults but not ideal for 8 adults . Other Things to Note:

Ideally suitable for age 5 and up as there are gaps on both sides of the house where younger children could potentially fall. Toddlers will need to be supervised.



Ideally suited to 6 adults not 8 as two of the single beds are foldaway.
