#### Only good thing about the hotel is the location!

The only positive thing about the hotel is the location. Upon arrival the hotel staff demanded more money from us even though we had prepaid. This was due to them saying that the price of the hotel was too cheap online and for a hotel in the location that it is in we should be paying more. The room was small and basic. Although we paid for breakfast there was nothing provided for us and we had to go to local cafes instead. There was no room service and we had to ask for items such as toilet paper to be replaced.

#### 糟糕至極

中午入住，前台小哥說我沒付款，折騰半小時査到付款記錄後安排入住。第一次給我的房間在酒店主體建築外，屬於後來加建的，經過的走廊堆了建築木板。房間裏的設施很差。而且沒放廁紙、沒放牙膏牙刷。也沒告訴我毛巾拖鞋在衣櫃裏。 傍晚回到酒店，直接要求我加錢入住。說加五十拉里讓我住更好的房間。如果不同意的話，住原來的房間同樣要加三十拉里。原因似乎是這間房有其他人訂了。並反覆強調不是他們的錯。難道是我的錯？ 當時Hotels.com 的客服已經下班，無法聯繫。且要更換酒店的話，歌劇酒店也表示不會退錢給我。於是最後以加四十拉里更換了一間稍微好些的房間。嗯，只是稍微好些。蓮蓬頭是壞的，垃圾桶的蓋子是壞的，當時房間同樣沒有廁紙（廁紙是前台小哥之後送來的）、牙膏牙刷（直到退房都沒有提供）等。清潔大媽態度極差地（用力甩了櫃門）向我展示了毛巾在櫃子裏。房間樓下是一間酒吧還是甚麼，門口的少男少女吵到凌晨兩三點。我聽得清清楚楚。 這家酒店除了位置優越，前台小哥還算態度好。其他眞是爛到爆。總計110拉里的房費就你們這條件也配？？？
