The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. I have to mention Saba who was excellent in helping us settle in quickly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Location was in a safe closed to traffic road. Breakfast was excellent, catering for almost every need . I will strongly recommend this hotel and certainly stay again on my next visit to Tbilisi

Arriving to the hotel from the airport with a crazy driver, the impression just before we got there wasn't great. But as soon as we stepped into the hotel, things were so different and great. The staff, Luka and Guantsa, in particular were very friendly and helpful. So was Ani in the steakhouse. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the hotel and the people working there. We recommend it highly.

True hotel in every good way. As an American traveling to Georgia \(the country, not the U\.S\. state\), I quickly learned the difference between an apart-hotel and a real, traditional hotel—and it was a hard lesson. Radisson Red Tbilisi meets the standards I’m used to and expect, which unfortunately can’t be said for most of the “hotels” listed for rent in Georgia. The service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel is great. Wasn’t too busy when we went (mid/late May) so the staff were all super attentive. Room was clean, quiet and had all the features you’d expect. Food and drinks were wonderful - pricier that other places nearby but to be expected from a 5* hotel. Overall a wonderful experience and would consider coming back if we came back to Tbilisi.
