Clean property in a good location of Smithers. The room worked fine for our needs with 2 double beds. No elevator but we are capable of stairs. This hotel is in better condition than a different one we stayed in previously, so we were happy with our stay. Fast check-in was appreciated.

When I was there there was no WIFI which meant the tv was terrible, cell phone was not good, every time I left the room the card lock had to be re programmed. The room was very clean, the bed was good and the staff were pleasant.

Hotel is dated and could use a upgrade but it is expected for the area. Nothing special but good for a night to sleep. Fast food close by. Town does close early so not much to do after 6 but there is lots of biking and in the winter skiing.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked. Parking was available. Conveniently located steps away from Tim Hortons. The gym is very small; a bike, treadmill, and dumbell rack and a bench. It did the trick for us. We enjoyed our stay!
