Our water in the shower didn’t turn on, we told them as we left. They said it does actually work but you have to pull down then up, etc. because it is broken but you can make it work. Then, they made me feel like I should have called them, making me feel bad for not coming down (we were in a hurry). Didn’t offer any remediation. Shortly thereafter, another person complained and was offered a reimbursement. They could have posted instructions in the room or let us know at check in if the faucet was broken.
We normally stay at Hamptons about 30 nights per year but we are rethinking that.
