Texolo Waterfall Tours

There is no breakfast available anymore. The businesses around the hotel have been closing so the location is no longer convenient. The place looks run down overall, we had a glass door cracked in my room and the fan in the bathroom was dirty. Although the AC at the room worked great, they don’t run the AC in the lobby, which makes it really uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk wasn’t rude but not especially friendly either. It was little embarrassing to take my family there (two rooms), because my experience 3 years ago was much more positive. It doesn’t seam like they have been maintaining the place since then and the pillows were Terrible! I have nothing personal against this place, but it was disappointing to see what it has turned into.

All staff very helpful. Only thing was pool only opened from 8 to 8, not enough time to get up early for a quick dip and start the day! Also ice machine not in every floor. Other than that everything here was excellent,

It is a good hotel, good location depending what is your interest. Need some upgrades: my room was noisy for the A/C MOTOR in top or aside of my room . In general was good choice.
