"Absolutely lovely hotel on Lake Zurich. Highly recommend, we stayed three nights in the 2nd floor suite which was large and accommodating. The private lakeside and bear garden is incredibly convenient and you’re 20 minutes from Zurich by boat or train!"

"Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich.
Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."

"The renovations to this property are tremendous - wonderful set of improvements for a well situated, higher end experience in Santa Monica for a correctly priced hotel. "I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too. "
"We had a great stay! The place feels almost brand new, with all the modern conveniences you could need. It's also very close to the S-Bahn stop Lijmbach, which made getting around super easy. There’s a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was really convenient.
Our host gave us a warm welcome and responded quickly when I sent a message with a question. One small point to note is that the room got a bit warm during the day, but opening the window at night helped cool things down nicely.
Overall, a lovely place and a great experience!
