"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

"Best hotel in Thanh Hóa city by far. The rooms are furnished in contemporary design, beds are super comfortable. The indoor pool is a great way to cool off after a warm day. Zenith rooftop lounge has beautiful views of the city. Alma Restaurant has a wide variety of food on its menu also with great city views. Vincom shopping center is right next door- very convenient. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating."

"It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel. "

"Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. No fue en si el coste pero si el detalle de como lo hicieron y el coste. Comimos por casi...

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"The hotel service wasn’t that great very minimal and the area is very quite at the moment because of the time of year it’s very cloudy and cold and not many choices for food unless you travel to Thanh Hoa and the only thing is to do walk on the beach I was only passing through and traveling to Hue and Da Nang "

"Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme, men hotellet er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt overnatningssted. Vi var afsted som en familie på 4 personer, som manglede et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat. Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. Værelser og badeværelser var dårligt vedligeholdte, beskidte og uhumske og på det ene værelse virkede...

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys.
