"The open floor plan was great for spending time together. The bedrooms allowed for privacy when it was time to rest. The outside space was as described. The pool is badly in need of repair. But, it was sparkling clean and great for cooling off in July! We had a lovely time staying there with our grandkids!"

"My family booked a weekend trip for our kid’s soccer games in DFW, and the booking was approved. The host communicated with us for an hour or so before abruptly saying the property was under maintenance and they needed us to cancel our stay. VRBO policy said we would not be refunded, and the owner refused to cancel and refund on their end. They eventually stopped communicating and we had to contact VBRO to handle the situation.
