"Check in was a bit challenging. First person not as helpful but second person was excellent so depending on who you get breakfast was good with hot and cold. Room was basic but had noisy neighbours and thin walls. Room clean. Location was the greatest feature! Would stay again"

"Whilst everything was responsibly clean,some things where a bit dated and needed some tlc. Bed linen and towels where good quality. Staff where helpful and pleasant.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.Parking was also a bonus. We had a harbour facing room,view to the right was of Warrior and dockyard,view to the left was Spinnaker Tower,train,busy bus station and taxi rank.So quite noisy with windows open which we needed with warm weather. We did however see that fans where provided in rooms for warm weather, we preferred to have some fresh air."

"On approach of the Portsmouth Inn budget hotel it did look a bit off putting by all the wiring and stuff by the door but, as I found out when you go inside everything is nice and clean. there is nobody there to welcome you. It is a self service keyless entry. when you get in contact with the actual property manager you’re given a card via A key holder lock which opens the front door and opened your room inside the room. It is clean well maintained, decent shower, full tea coffee facilities, the only complaint i must make is the thickness of the mattress wasn’t thick enough for me and found my hips were touching the bed base when I was laying on my side. There again, I am set thick man. In the daytime, I met the cleaner who was very helpful very polite and very attentive. My stay was pleasant and I would recommend anybody on a budget to visit the hotel."

"Great place to stay. The rooms were clean and of good standard. The staff were very polite and helpful. We didnt have breakfast as we needed to leave early but the food that we saw looked very nice."

"The apartment is small but ok, the furnishings are bought from a charity shop scratch and damaged! The cooker unusable no wire trays! The ensuite shower room sink hot tap dosnt work! Stained carpets !needs alot of TLC befor next let.dish washer draw boken! Could not sit in sun chairs need a wash down, no binds in lounge ! Windows filthy! 5 tables in lounge ! Why ! Need i go on.Sorry !"
