"I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly approach really made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms to such a high standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Great location two minutes walk from the seafront. Functional premises, no frills, room was clean and comfortable. There are NO ensuite facilities here, large kitchen area with fridges, microwave, kettle and toaster. Very acceptable for a short undemanding stay."

"On approach of the Portsmouth Inn budget hotel it did look a bit off putting by all the wiring and stuff by the door but, as I found out when you go inside everything is nice and clean. there is nobody there to welcome you. It is a self service keyless entry. when you get in contact with the actual property manager you’re given a card via A key holder lock which opens the front door and opened your room inside the room. It is clean well maintained, decent shower, full tea coffee facilities, the only complaint i must make is the thickness of the mattress wasn’t thick enough for me and found my hips were touching the bed base when I was laying on my side. There again, I am set thick man. In the daytime, I met the cleaner who was very helpful very polite and very attentive. My stay was pleasant and I would recommend anybody on a budget to visit the hotel."
