“The room was poorly cleaned and full of mosquitoes. There was no air conditioning, and even with the windows closed at night, it was very uncomfortable. It was hard to fall asleep. If you stay here, you’ll definitely regret it.””

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……
