"We were 2 familie checked in to the hotel. Relativtly expensive, hence expected a decent standard, but the hotel didnt even have a minimum proper facilities to justify the cost. "There was a problem with our reservation as apparently hotels.com bookings do not transfer over to the hotels system and therefore they had no record of our booking.
