This was the closest one to the venue. The room was clean but did not come with some toiletries we're used to at other hotel chains. The internet was fine. We didn't get to use the pool or the gym but, both looked fine. My biggest concern was with the staff at the front desk. When we arrived, the lady's attitude was not the best. No smile, no "welcome to the Holiday Inn Express". Just a: "checking in?" Later that evening, we went to the convenience area to buy bottled water and when we couldn't find any in the machine, we asked the lady and she said: "We ran out", with this careless look on her face, as if it wasn't important to have drinking water for your guests. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had one TV, the telephone didn't work, no bed sheets for the couch bed, and 3 sets of towels for 5 people. I contacted Hotels.com for a discounted rate because I would expect at least 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one for the couch bed. But I'm still waiting for a decision from the hotel manager. The amenities looked nice, the beds were comfy, and the staff was pleasant.
