This was an amazing experience. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well presented. It accurately reflected the photographs. Outside shower and private pool with personal butler. The food was extremely good and the staff went over and above to exceed our expectations. The food was by far superior than high end restaurants. I really enjoyed the entire stay and can’t fault the experience. It was calm & peaceful in nature. I was sad to leave and will ensure I book for longer in the future.

We spent three nights at Moditlo Lodge in April 2016 as an end to our holiday. From the moment we arrived we received absolutely excellent service in every single way. From the hotel staff who were helpful, friendly and polite to our beautifully decorated room which was clean and comfortable to the game drives that were exciting, interesting and insightful. Both my wife and I are both qualified Game Rangers ourselves (FGASA) and have spent extensive time in the bush and at various lodges and we were so impressed with every single aspect of Moditlo Lodge during our stay. I would recommend this new lodge to anyone and everyone. It manges to encompass an intimate feel with the luxuries of a big lodge. This lodge has the potential, and indeed is on the way, to being one of the great lodges of SA.
