“This hotel was superb. The staff, the room, the outstanding food quality, the location (literally right at the Kruger gate), and the ambiance were first-class. We watched elephants and hippos from the pool deck (don’t worry—there is a fence). Highly recommend!”

Our Boma was very private and it had nice views of various species of wildlife walking by every afternoon as they made their way into the bush for the evening.”

“Wonderful staff of this river lodge bordering Kruger National Park. Large spacious room. Great sunrise and day safaris from their own staff. Sunset safari is run by the National Park so needs transport to Kruger Gate if you don’t have your own vehicle. Couple of things could be improved. Firstly, the wi-fi could be faster. “The lodge is lovely, game drives well organised. Every effort is taken to ensure your comfort. Our driver/ tracker was polite, friendly and well informed. We saw lions, rhinos, elephants, hynae, jackal, zebra, giraffes hippos... but no leopard! The food is pretty average and your preferences that they ask about are pretty much ignored.
