We had a fantastic experience at Bushbaby River Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The trip was amazing. We were supposed to stay at Imbali, but we got a cancellation text day of check-in. We ended up staying at Tintswalo Lodge instead. Dave and Eric were our guide and tracker. They are amazing people and we learned so much from them. It was my wife's birthday and one day we went back to out room and a gift was waiting for her. We want to thank everyone at Tintswalo for making our stay so memorable. We feel like part of the family and look forward to seeing them again.

This is a gorgeous lodge with incredible staff; delicious meals; comfortable and well designed rooms; a very small number of guests to keep the experience intimate; and a once in a lifetime safari opportunity with extremely knowledgeable guides.

Such a magical experience. The staff was incredible and really was the reason this was a memorable trip. Hayden was an incredible guide. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and outgoing nature made each day more enjoyable. We saw all big 5 including seeing all 5 during one day. We were very lucky to experience a lion pride kill as well. Also, the food was incredible at all meals. Can’t recommend this place enough! Incredible value overall for what you get.

We stayed at Geigers Canp for our honeymoon after our initial lodge closed due to flooding, and could not have been happier with our stay! The property is rustic, beautiful, and well kept and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay at the property (especially the food) was excellent. Simbavati Hilltop is top notch! From the 9 times per day (yes, that is NINE times) that you are fed, to the staff, game drives, views and rooms! Not only do you have your own plunge pool overlooking the river, but there is also a shared, larger pool. The property, staff, food, and game drives all exceeded expectations! Big five were spotted in the first 24 hours and the overall amount of game sightings were impressive. Short stay in between south African conferences. Everything was beyond what was advertised. Location is superb as was staff. Safaris are great - the 3 hour walking in the early AM - you are right in the mix. Saw 4 of big five (no Leopard) White and Black Rhino and wild dogs.
