“Booked the venue for my family, it was clean and in a pleasant environment. Though the downside was that property management did not orientate us to their amenities. They were not friendly and we felt neglected”

Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years……

“Our stay was amazing. We were away from other guests which worked out really great for us. Suggestions: 1. Provide pot with a lid. 2. Provide Grater, Peeler and Can opener 3. Provide iron 4. Bug spray 5. Extra toilet paper and garbage plastic. They should specify what they do not provide as this is self catering in order for guests to bring along whatever is not provided ”
