“Although boasted a 4-star, this hotel is very disappointing in almost every aspects. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. There were 2 sheets left in the napkin box. The shower water is like dripping. The towels looked unclean. There was only one chair and one nightstand in the room. All these are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The front desk also refused to refund one-night stay due to the change in airline schedule although we contact them weeks before checking in.”
