"Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Although there are neighbors due to everything being so lush and green I never knew they were there. Feels very secluded. The Wisconsin River was mesmerizing and beautiful to look at. I truly enjoyed kayaking for some adventure and exercise while there. I loved using the fire pit for a bonfire for a cozy night in. "The Riverside Chalet was a great fit for our family of 5 for a long weekend ski getaway. There was a ton of room to spread out - more than we needed - and the house was well-equipped to suit most of our needs and wants. The only negatives were related to the location. (1) It's definitely in the boonies. If you want quicker access to food/groceries or non-wilderness activities, it's at least a 20 minute drive. "Must admit I was a little nervous booking a location with no previous reviews. This place was amazing!!!! Beautiful house, perfect location, absolutely all bases covered as far as thoughtful amenities. Beds are extremely comfortable and seem to be new. Overall excellent experience!!!!"
