So clearly it was overbooked.. we got moved to the apartments which were really nice, some noticeable wear-and-tear but really nice and private. Spa and breakfast were awesome.. all of the staff were incredibly nice. Reception was awesome, even with the mix-up while we were checking in, they were very helpful and quick to find a solution.
