“We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! ”

“Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.”

“Group of six Seniors traveling the Erie Canal Bikeway. The Verona Beach house was perfect for us. Everything we needed, and it’s size allowed us to spend more time together. Communication with Tanya was easy, Quick and clear. Would stay here again when in the area. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. “Property was VERY clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional!. Communication was timely and excellent. I highly recommend this property and would look to stay again if/ when i an back in the area. ”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

2/10 Terrible

"The front desk employee is very rude and money hungry. I reserved a room with two beds and sofa sleeper. They didn’t allow me to accommodate party of 5, alleging hotel policy is of 4 people per room. Be careful with the policies they make up to their advantage to make one to pay for additional rooms. Plus it was for a third adult who is disabled who cannot take care of herself. The hotel tried to force us to reserve a room by herself. Facilities are old and does not smell well. Musty odor in building."
