So rich in American Revolutionary history, the old mansion is an historic relic that is kept up-to-date by its current owners. “Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection of items to choose from. If we're ever in the area again we won't hesitate to make stay here.”

“The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)……
