“The apartment was lovely. My ENTIRE stay was ruined by the cleanliness of the apartment and terrible property management communication. Blood stains on the side of the toilet, used ear buds and dirty bathroom floor with urine stain in front of the toilet. You would think the property management would be horrified - NOPE - result was at least 15 hollow promises to call me back and resolve it. I was directed to check out of the apartment so they could clean it. Upon returning the next day - EVEN……
