“We had a bit of a rocky start during our stay. First we had to wait for our room to be ready. To my surprise, the superior double room that I booked was much smaller than both the photo and description on the hotels.com website. When I went to questioned the front desk about it, I was told I had the correct unit booked! There were larger rooms on the website for less $!! Later we found out the a/c unit wasn't cooling off, front desk was called and informed the problem was with the third floor……

“A estadia começou bem no check in, com o funcionário Elvis mas depois foi uma sequência de problemas. Percebi que no quarto só haviam 02 travesseiros e solicitei mais 02 onde houve uma resistência para resolver com alegação que o hotel estava cheio (funcionários da parte da tarde) e foi resolvido. Quando experimentei o colchão constatei que era de péssima qualidade,nem um hotel 02 estrelas ofereceria tal colchão, ou seja uma noite mau dormida. E para finalizar não havia nem bidé ou ducha……
