"My girlfriend and myself visited Starved Rock for the weekend with our dog Cooper. This was a perfect, cozy, comfortable place for us to call home for the weekend. Check in was simple and easy. Dog treats, poop bags and towels for dirty paws were there for us which was a wonderful touch. The house was clean, the shower pressure was excellent and the backyard was wonderful to grill and make a fire. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a 10/10 experience! "

"This a beautiful home in a fantastic location only a block from downtown and a short drive to Stsrved Rock. The house is beautiful with tons of character and modern features. The bedroom layout was perfect for our very inviting and the back deck and firepits were very inviting to enjoy even cool weather. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. I let the owner know and she said she would have the cleaning crew check it out. However, it was clear that the countertops had not...
