“Staff was seldom at front desk, the room was disgusting, microwave and air worked poorly, and it didn't appear the room/bedding had been cleaned from last person. Everything in the room was sticky and wet. The tv remote was especially sticky. Absolutely gross. I walked across the floor both with socks on and barefoot and the soles of my feet were black. No tissues or coffee maker at all. The bathtub didn't drain well. Given the condition of the room, we were afraid to eat or drink anything from……

“For the price, it was a clean and almost comfortable stay. The air conditioning was just below acceptable. Even set to 60 degrees, the room was still a little warm. The refrigerator was set so low that it took all day to cool down, which meant our left-over food was no good. The indoor pool was incredibly cold, and the hot tub should be renamed to a warm tub. The elevator certificate was 1.5 years expired and smelled like hydraulic fluid. Breakfast options were skimpy, but acceptable. If……

“I will never stay at this Hampton Inn ever again. I am originally from this town and have stayed here twice to visit family and friends. The last stay my bathroom flooded and the door would not close properly. The staff did the best they could to clean up and fix the door.
