We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.
