The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful even though they were short staffed. However, our room air conditioning worked, but the lowest temperature setting was 70 degrees. This was acceptable, but with the scorching 97-degree weather in Oklahoma, we would have preferred a cooler room or at least a fan.
Another downside was the lack of a microwave in our room, although there was a fridge. The pool water was murky, and there were no towels provided. We had to use our own room linens, which was inconvenient since we only had one set per person.
Overall, it was a decent hotel, but there were some areas that could be improved.
