Schönes Hotel ca.30min. zu Fuß vom Zentrum/Busplatz entfernt. Personal außerordentlich nett. Was mich entsetzt hat, waren die vielen Leute beim Frühstück. Sämtliche Nebenräume und Flächen wurden in Beschlag genommen. nur dass die Leute irgendwo sitzen und frühstücken konnten, schrecklich@Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta, ja saimme huoneen jo ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Huone oli aika pieni, mutta sängyt olivat hyvät. Kylpyhuoneen lamppu oli viallinen, mistä ilmoitin vastaanottoon. Aamiaistarjoilu oli sekava ja tilat sotkuiset. Oli vaikea löytää pöytää, jossa ei ollut vanhoja tiskejä.

Alkaa olla kylpylähotelli jo elämänsä ehtoopuolella ja taso laskenut. Huoneet alle esim. Omenahotellien tason. Ei voi enää suositella näillä hinnoilla ja lisähintaa peritään 15e yö ulkopysäköinnistä kaukana keskustaa ja kylpytakeista jne. Lapsiperheille kuitenkin ok, jos saa tosi halvan hinnan.

Huoneessa toimi tasan yksi pistorasia. Sängyn vieressä olevat pienet valot eivät toimineet. Vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla ensimmäisellä kerralla vaan piti monesti vetää. Lavuaari ei vetänyt vettä, vaan vesi jäi lavuaariin pitkäksi aikaa jos vaikka pesi vain kädet. Vessan lattia oli aina märkä, todennäköisesti lavuaari vuosi vettä. Muuten siisti ja hyvä.

Remonttia alkaisi kaipaamaan useassa paikassa yleisesti. Siisteys huoneessa hyvä. Huoneessa oli järkyttävän kuuma. +27c°. Olisiko erillistä ilmastoitua huonetta saanut, vai onko ongelma kaikissa standard-huoneissa kesäisin? Henkilökunta ensiluokkaista ja asiakaspalveluhenkistä. Pienelläkin pintojen uusimisella voisi saada jo paljonkin aikaan. Aamupala hyvä ja meille sopivan laaja.

We like that the room has bath up. But no sound proof that you can hear the noise from outside or neighboors. Also the room has another door that connected to the other room 🙄 weird. Big dissapointed...! They close the pool at 8pm which is really sad for us that arrive hotel at 6pm. This is a really huge hotel, so the pool is always crowded as well as at breakfast.

Huoneen siisteydessä toivomisen varaa ja alkuviikosta kannattaa huomioida, ettei ruokapaikoista vain yksi on auki ja allasosastolla ei saa mitään ruokaa eikä juomaa. Ainoaan palvelevaan ravintolaan oli yli tunnin jono muiden ruokapaikkojen ollessa kiinni.

Vi var 12 personer i olika åldrar o två små barn,när vi skulle beställa bad var jag tvungen att betala för alla fastän 2 personer inte tänkte bada alls (sjukdom o jobb) o det gällde 2 dagar.Ett mycket dåligt system att badet fungerar på rumskortet i detta fall.

Værelserne var pæne, men mangelfuld rengøring ved poolområdet. Meget skimmel i fugerne og gammelt snavs på toilettet. Desuden, lidt ærgerligt, at alt koster ekstra. Der er stor Legepark, men det koster det kisten at få lov at bruge det. Når man læser om hotellet står der, at der er vandland og spa. Når man så booker værelset, så kan man tilkøbe SPA adgang. Det troede jeg var ‘spa adgang”, så det købte vi ikke, da vi var 2 voksne og 1 barn og derfor ikke følte der ville blive tid til spa. Det var så adgang til vandlandet. Det måtte vi tilkøbe på hotellet. Lidt ærgerlig beskrivelse når man booker, da jeg mener at pool adgang og spa adgang er 2 forskellige ting. Det værste var dog restauranten - der er kun én restaurant åbent på Hotellet, og da vi besluttede os for at spise der ventede vi OVER 1 TIME på mad. Vi endte med at gå derfra og fandt den skønneste græske restaurant lidt længere inde i byen. Så restauranten på hotellet kan IKKE anbefales. Ligger OK centralt, da bussen kører ude foran.

Perussiistiä ja hyvät ruokapaikat, kylpylä kiva kouluikäisenlapsen kanssa! Kylpylän ulkoalueeseen ja sen viihtyisyyteen voisi panostaa. Samoin kylpylän palvelut, Aamulla ei saa kylpylänpuolella edes juotavaa ostettua ennen 12:sta vaikka kylpylän aukeaa yhdeksältä hotellin asiakkaille. Sunnuntai aamulla oli kylpylän yhdellä ruokailualueella edelliseltä illalta jääneistä hesburgertarjottimia roskineen. Tämä teki hieman epäsiistin vaikutelman.
