Paddle boatWe took turns paddling around on the paddle boat and that was a blast.FishingEveryone that fished caught fish right off the pier. We did catch and release because most of them were small, but there were a few keepers. My eight year-old grandson claims to have caught 20. So maybe he caught 10.Bird watchingWhile fishing we saw a bald eagle fly over and land in the tall tree in our yard. Honking geese were fun to watch, too. Bunkhouse We used the bunkhouse too. It was perfect for my son‘s family because they had a little one that needed to nap so it was best to be away from all the racket that the other young ones were making. Manicured yardThe yard was cut and beautifully managed. The children had lots of room to run around and play. I particularly like that they could play in the yard without getting near the water. We brought a parachute for the kids to play with. There was an open area, nice and cleaned off for them to play and play and play.I was a perfect trip. We can’t wait to come back."
