"This historic hotel is right at the center of activity in the French Quarter. If you don't want excessive noise until 2 am, ask for a room in the interior courtyard, or on the 5th floor. It wasn't too bad, louder on the weekend. That being said, you can walk the entire French Quarter, get to the river, and really get a feel for old New Orleans."
