“It is the only hotel on the beach at Tybee Island. Other than that its not great. The bathroom really needed upgraded. Trying to get the room cleaned while out is impossible. It is nor worth the cost.. Next visit to Tybee will be a condo rental.”

“Stayed Labor Day weekend 2026. Had a great stay. Rooms were clean and so was the property. Everyone was friendly and the location was perfect!”

“The room was clean, staff very friendly,bed was comfortable and the bathroom while small worked fine. With that said, the air unit struggled and there was an inch to two inches between the door and the frame allowing outside air and light to filter in through the bottom of the door.”

“Properity is in disrepare, Smoke alarm in our room was loose from mount hanging from a wire. However is kept going off after about 6:30 AM when we wanted to sleep late. When telling the front desk person the said OK, to which I said "NO IT REALLY WAS NOT OK AT ABOUT 6:30 IN THE MORNING WHEN WE WANTED TO SLEEP. OK, what a resopnse. Also parking is deplorable. One person had to get out of the car and I had to park very close to a block wall to have room to get out of the other side of the care.……

“The property is dated. The bed and towels were all clean and fresh. The air conditioner is in the wall and a little noisy. For a nights sleep this worked. Susie at the front desk was pleasant and easy to speak with. Willing to be helpful in all ways.”

“The property is definitely at a good location, 3 min walk from beach. The staff seemed okay. They charged me extra and no one is resolving the issue. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend anyone who is okay with getting charged extra for no good reason. Apparently, The property manager is never on property and is the only person who can resolve the issue with charges.”
