Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

So etwas müsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An Küchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das Frühstück war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, Frischkäse, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder ähnliches, vermisst."
