“The room facilities were too outdated. The outside temperature was below 10 degrees Celsius, and there was no heating in the room, the central air conditioning didn't provide any warmth, and the electric heater wasn't working either. The European-style breakfast was decent, and the hotel had ample parking.”

“Bed is okay. No noise. They don’t offer free hot water for drink, have to microwave water.”

“Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!”

“Bathtub and toilet are very dirty”

“Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel. Good staff service and beautiful interior and exterior design & decorations ”

“Skønt hotel og meget fransk. ”

“Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each……
