“clean and good service”

“My room is smelly and old. Looks like the facility is renovated but quality is not satisfying”

“The room was average size, had everything you'd need but wasn't as clean as I'd expect. The kitchen floor was sticky in spots, until I wiped up whatever had been spilled. The faucet in the bathtub was extremely hard to turn on, but once I got it on, there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The bed was super firm, my hubby didn't seem to mind but it was too firm for my liking. The AC worked well, the fridge was cold, the freezer freezing. All in all it certainly wasn't as bad as……

“The hotel is wonderful, they are welcoming and kind at check in and check out. The ONLY thing that I wish was different is that they did not have an elevator and I was on the second floor. It's just an older hotel so that happens.”

“The Baymont in Kennewick was the best stay on our 2,500 road trip from Oregon to Wyoming and back. The room was perfect, the wi-fi is fast and check-in is easy and friendly. The pool and hot tub were sparkly clean and relaxing after a long day's drive. Highly recommended. ”

“Staff, lovely. Rooms dirty. Not the kind of dirty rhat can be blamed on cleaning staff. Property owner type dirty. Shower doesnt drain, toilet doesnt flush, mold around windows, air filters filthy, grout peeling, and the stuff rhat would rrquire staff to have time/support to do, deep clwaning stuff, obviously not done. But beds are comfortable, and of course theres going to be some "traffic" late-night but not bothersome. The on-site restaurant is awesome, the little bar is cool, and truly, the……

“Not a bad hotel. Living area very clean, bathroom was not bad except for ground-in dirt in the tub. Probably hard to remove maybe. Staff was excellent. I pre- checked in online, filling out ID, Credit Card and all that stuff, but had to fill out themsame information when i checked in at the front desk. I guess Travelocity didn't forward my pre-check in to the Hotel, or something like that. Sounds like it was a communication error between the two parties and made checking in a little difficult,……

“Property is in extreme need of an update. Vinyl peeling off headboards and a funky smell in room. Website didn’t indicate no free bar beverage and complimentary food on Sunday’s. Staff at front desk and breakfast bar very nice. Will be looking for more updated lodging next year. ”
