“Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best ! ”

“La Gabelletta è un'antica villa ristrutturata, con un grande parco e la struttura sistemata su più livelli. Bella la zona piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante, abbiamo cenato veramente bene. Colazione sufficiente, non troppo fornita e priva di indicazioni sul cibo da consumare (es. crostata di?) La stanza. Causa quella prenotata non disponibile, ci hanno gentilmente riservato una migliore, un vero e proprio appartamento con soggiorno, cucina,……

“Very basic accommodation however; The pool was a bonus/ a good size the Staff were helpful , view was stunning, beds comfy showers hot -but extremely tight ! you need a car to get around, unless you enjoy walking up hills , to get to the centre if you can afford taxis up & down to Assisi centre daily you’ll have a great stay”

“We would stay again without hesitation. The view was amazing, and the bus stop into Assisi was only a 5 minute walk. You will want to download the SALGO app to book bus tickets. It comes every 20 minutes and you validate the ticket(s) on the app once you board the bus. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked early in the season, and the breakfast was great. The entire facility is spotless and quiet. We loved everything about it.”

“The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding and excellent service. The pools and outdoor area is beautiful. ”
