"My husband & I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional and nice. They made sure we were taken care of.All 3 day's that we were there, from the Management to Housekeeping & Kitchen.The staff went over & beyond. The room was very clean & comfortable.The beds were nice & soft 😀 Hot coffee served all day, I loved it. Lots of places to go & eat. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request, as my group arrived at 4pm. At the time they were asking this, I did not have time to prepare all this information. I had the group waiting to get inside. I would just ask this information be collected weeks ahead of time. The major issue was the guy was basically threatening me and questioning my reasoning for using the home. "Your description says this but now you are saying this.. why are you all using the house?!" It was very strange and the guy was rude. This paired with no communication throughout the stay caused for an lower rating in our experience. We were working and needed the washer and dryer for our stay."

"It served the purpose we needed, to have a place to sleep while visiting family. It had plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient to places/family.I would not describe the property as luxurious. Sparcely decorated, very old bath towels and washcloths. No hand towels, body wash or hair dryer. One headboard was broken, but could still use the bed. No dishwasher.The freezer was dirty and no ice maker. Broken slats in window blinds. Grass was way past needing a cut. For me, this is not a place I could stay longer and feel relaxed like on a vacation."

"The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. "
