“Three family members came to town for my daughter’s graduation, and we needed separate beds. The sofa bed was easy to use and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The place was tidy and had extra supplies, like spices and condiments. Eric responded immediately to a question, despite the fact that we found all the answers in a notebook he leaves for guests. ”

“My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU”

“This condo was perfect for what we needed.My husband and I had driven to California to see husband’s side of family. Location was perfect!! While there my daughter and grandson flew in to visit for 2 days. My son drove in from San Francisco and able to stay 1 night. Being a 3 BR it worked perfectly. It was very clean and beds were super comfy. Annie was very nice and had good communication on all. If not staying with the California family on our next trip, we will certainly reach out and……

“So the the stay was really nice. The place is very clean, everything looks new and ultra modern with the latest appliances. The location is around retail stores, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations, very convenient. Look forward to my next stay when Im in town again. Hughly recommended ”
