“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“It's the second floor of a spacious home in the charming old village of Mamaroneck. Harbor Island Park is a 20 minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants and charming shops line the avenue on the walk back. The train station into Manhattan is just a ten minute walk. It was perfect for my needs - and spacious enough to accommodate four or more.”

“Our family of eleven enjoyed a week long stay at Modern Retreat. It was a great space for 6 adults, 4 toddlers and an infant. The large kitchen was well appointed and lots of needed household items provided. We especially enjoyed the two covered balconies for our morning coffee and fresh air. “We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town! ”
