“The internet didn't work, so I couldn't do the work I needed to do there. The room has no coffee maker or way to heat water to make tea or instant coffee. No hair dryer and someone came into the room and hid clothes in the cupboard that were sitting on a chair. Thankfully, I did not leave any valuables in the room. Also found an empty bottle of wine hidden in a cupboard. Also, noise from the nightclub next door, as everyone else has mentioned, is loud and continues until 2:00am. This was a……

“In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. ”

“Terrible facilities, no safe no fridge no iron. I was put in a smoking room although booked non smoking then moved to non smoking. The new room had mosquitos as the AC was off and the bathroom window was open. The put one water bottle for double room and two adults. When i asked for water they charged me although I was checking out 4 days earlier than my booking and leaving without refund. And the bed sheets, the towls had marks. Breakfast was awful. Dont book it!”

“Notre séjour dans cet hôtel s'est globalement bien déroulé et l'établissement est tout à fait correct pour un quatre étoiles tunisien. Cependant, un point négatif est à souligner : la gestion de notre réservation. Nous avons dû constater par nous-mêmes qu'on nous avait facturé le dîner alors que nous avions une réservation en pension complète. L'hôtel a fini par nous rembourser, mais nous aurions apprécié que cette vérification et cette information viennent directement d'eux, sans avoir à le……

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Amal im Dar Souad empfangen. Wir waren vor 14 Uhr, also Check In zeit da, konnten aber trotzdem schon früher auf unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Guesthouse war sehr sauber. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der Pool. Dieser war nicht wirklich ein Pool. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung eventuell mal ändern. Das ist aber auch das einzige. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine warme und herzliche……
